We train apprentices
Flat hierarchies, transparency, and trust are the cornerstones for working successfully at SLF. These are also important for our practice-oriented training program, through which we annually equip up to ten new skilled workers in the technical or commercial area with training for their future careers. Once they have successfully completed the program, we also offer them the chance to join our company in permanent positions.
