We are excited to present our newly improved SLF catalog for high-precision bearings. With great care and a focus on details, we have revised the almost 200-page compendium to ensure that it not only lives up to our standards, but also fully fulfills the expectations of our customers and partners.
This updated version of our catalog reflects our commitment and expertise within the field of high-performance bearing solutions. We offer our customers and partners a continuously reliable and informative resource that offers a comprehensive overview of our high precision products – this is only a part of our versatile product portfolio from standard deep groove ball bearings to highly precise spindle bearing solutions and complex bearing units.
In this context, it is particularly worth mentioning the all-new spindle bearing series BS, which combines the advantages of the two standard series B and HS. The BS series is specially designed for applications in which the standard series B reaches its speed limits and the HS series its load limits. Due to its special design, the BS series represents the optimal balance, which has often proven to be an ideal compromise. Like the other two designs, the BS design is also available in various material combinations and variants:
- Rings made of bearing steel 100Cr6 or the high-performance material Cronidur® 30
- Rolling elements made of bearing steel or silicon nitride (Si3N4)
- Cages made of laminated fabric or PEEK
- Open, sealed (non contact) or for direct lubrication (DLR)
